My Why

Hello and Thank you for supporting my small business! My name is Shonda and I am the proud owner of SC Creations LLC.  My small business focuses on creating beautiful customized items with the customer's vision in mind. 

While I have always had a love for crafting and creating, this business was birthed during the time I was re-discovering who I am and what makes me happy.  Starting this journey has allowed me to become the author of my story and allowed me to add new details to my introductions. I am no longer just a mother, wife and a good friend.  I am the owner of a small business and a published author of two journals, a notebook and a coloring book all of which can be found on Amazon.  

Re-defining my intro has helped me clarify my why. My why now allows the person inside of me to shine bright through my creations.  I have always enjoyed giving gifts that bring a smile to others, now is my chance to help others give those same types of gifts.  

This journey has also helped me realize the importance of self-care and self-love through putting your mental health needs first.  While I offer a variety of customized items, most of my collection focuses on mental health awareness thru self-love/self-care. It is my hope that through my own self-discovery journey, I help others understand that self-love and self-care is not selfish but a necessity!
